Bouygues Development were invited to tender for a large contract within a London Borough. It was a complex bid with a long list of required deliverables, tight timescales, and a large bid team made up of 8 different firms. This meant that there was considerable potential for failure, so we decided to hire a Bid Consultant to help us manage the process and increase our chance of success.
Alison managed the team to make sure that everything was drafted in line with the bid requirements, reviewed all content so that it clearly answered the questions, and made sure it looked presentable, managing the design and print process so that it was produced on time. With so many people involved, Alison also ensured that the content read seamlessly throughout, in the same style; a challenging task for a 1000 page submission.
